Upon completion of the transcription project and delivery of the final transcript to the client, we undertake to delete all audio files and related materials provided by the client within a reasonable timeframe, unless otherwise requested by the client for archival purposes.
This deletion process ensures that client data is securely removed from our systems once it is no longer needed for the purpose of transcription. Additionally, any copies or backups of client data held by us will be securely erased to prevent any unintended access or disclosure.
This clause emphasises our commitment to data privacy and security by ensuring that client files are only retained for the duration necessary to complete the transcription service and are promptly deleted thereafter, unless retention is explicitly requested by the client.
